Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding! How exciting organising the perfect place to take your vows and celebrate your special day. Clover Cottage is a place where weddings were celebrated as far back as in the 1880s.
At Clover Cottage we invite you to enjoy the celebrations over several days. Stay with us in our comfortable cottages, exchange your vows in the beautiful historic natural surroundings, then celebrate together in bespoke stone and timber Orchard Wedding Barn ( opening December 2022) overlooking the lakes and river valley.

SAY ‘I DO’
Imagine exchanging vows in the hand fired brick church which was built in 1880s or on the deck on the river or in the gardens of Clover Cottage (built 1875). A Wedding celebration can be catered for up to 60-70 people in the Mudbrick Barn, which overlooks the river valley or for a larger gathering you may consider a marquee overlooking the lakes, forest and river valley .
We invite you to come and visit to see for yourself!
We got married in a tiny church down the road, then back for an amazing reception.
